4 stalks Celery (diced)
1/2 cup Onion (diced)
16 oz Long Grain Rice
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 lb. sliced Ham lunch meat (diced)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice - 5 cups water. Bring water to boil, stir in the rice and 1/2 tsp. salt. Put onions and celery in the fry pan with half of the soy sauce and cook until crunchy/soft. Fry ham in a small fry pan. Mix the rice, onions and celery, and ham together. Cover and stir in the remainder of the soy sauce. Ready to serve.
