4 C fresh or frozen corn,
3 eggs (beaten), 1 C milk, 1 kC crushed saltines crackers (about 30 divided),3 tbsp butter, (melted), 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp finely chopped onion, salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl combine the corn, eggs, and milk, 3/4 C. cracker crumbs, butter, sugar, salt, and pepper. Transfer to a greased 1 1/2 qt. baking dish, sprinkle with remaining cracker crumbs. Bake uncovered at 325º for 1 hr. or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
