6 each chicken breasts and thighs.
1 can cr of mushroom soup
1 can cr of chicken soup
1 can Rotel Tomatoes
1 med onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 pkg. corn tortillas (12)
American Cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Boil, bone and shred chicken. Layer tortillas in a large greased casserole. Mix all ingredients except chicken and cheese. Layer 1/2 chicken, 1/2 mixture and 1/2 cheese on tortillas. Repeat layers. Bake at 350º for 1 hour or a little longer (hot and bubbly)
