1 lb. red potatoes cut in wedges
1 T olive oil
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c crumbled blue cheese
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz. crisply cooked bacon, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Toss potatoes with oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Place in dish and bake at 400º for 30 minutes or until tender.
Mix cheeses and bacon and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake until cheese melts. Can serve with sour cream.
