1 ob fresh spinach
6 to 8 fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 green onions, sliced
1 - 8 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
1 - 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained & quartered
1 - 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Hidden Vally Ranch dressing

Directions:

Remove stems from spinach; wash leaves, pat dry and tear into bite-size pieces. Place spinach, mushrooms, green onions, pineapple, artichoke hearts and oranges on each salad plate. Sprinkle with bacon crumbles. Drizzle dressing over each salad and serve.
