2 cups sugar
4 whole eggs
1 cup buttermilk
3 cups Self Rising Flour
Flavoring for taste

Frosting:
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups water
4 egg whites, beaten
flavoring to taste
9 oz. frozen coconut

Preheat oven to 350º.

Mix as you would any other layered cake.

There were no directions on this cake except for making the frosting. For the frosting, cook sugar and water to a syrup and pour over beaten egg whites.
