1 LB Linguine
1 cup (2sticks) butter
1 onion minced
4 cloves garlic
˝ LB Mushrooms
1 pint whipping cream
2 tbsp Sour Cream
˝ cup red spaghetti sauce
1 container Parmesan cheese (amounts will vary, add to thicken)
˝ tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 LB Shrimp
1 Can crab meat
2 Cans Chopped Clams

Directions:
Directions:
Cook linguine as directed, drain, rinse w/cold water.

In large pot melt 1 stick of butter, sauté onions and garlic, add mushrooms, add other stick of butter, whipping cream, sour cream, spaghetti sauce, bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer.

Add Seafood and Linguine, mix well, remove from heat, add salt and pepper, and then stir in the Parmesan cheese till it thickens, using a full can of Parmesan cheese is usual.
