6 hard boiled eggs
1 can evaporated milk (12 oz)
2 tbsp flour
1/2 cup water
1/2 cube butter
2 tsp chicken bouillon granules
Salt and pepper
Toast or biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
While melting butter in saucepan, chop hard boiled eggs. Add eggs and milk to the butter, stir in chicken bouillon granules. Mix flour and water with wire whisk until smooth and use to thicken the egg mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve over toast or biscuits.
