2 T. meat flavored grease (fat drippings) of choice
2 T. flour
1 c. light cream
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Fry meat in skillet. Pour off fat, leaving any browned meat bits. Return 2 T. meat flavored grease to skillet. Stir in flour and heat until flour turns light brown. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in cream, stirring constantly. Return to heat and stir constantly until thickened and bubbly. May add additional cream or milk to thin gravy if too thick. Salt and pepper to taste
