Coconut Crunch Cookies Recipe

1 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon almond extract
2 cups flour
1 teaspoons baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups flakd coconut
package milk chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups finely chopped almonds

In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars; beat in eggs and extracts.

Combine flour, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture. Stir in coconut, chocolate chis and almonds.

Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.

Bake at 375 for 9-11 minute until lightly browned.
