1/2 cup oil
2-3 tablespoons sugar
2-3 tablespoons cider or white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon poppy seeds (optional)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
torn spinach
strawberries
1 cup pecans, toasted
1/2 cup chopped sweet red onion

Directions:
Directions:
Combine in a jar the oil, sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, poppy seeds, salt and ground mustard. Shake and refrigerate until ready to eat. Pour over spinach, strawberries, pecans and onions.
