2 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1 cup onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic minced
1 (12 oz) can beer
8 oz tomato sauce
1 cup water
3 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons cumin
2 tablespoons beef bouillon
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon cocoa
1/2 teaspoon coriander
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (or more to taste)
1 teaspoon flour
1 teaspoon corn meal
1 tablespoon warm water

Directions:
Directions:
In kettle brown 1/2 meat; pour off fat. Remove meat & brown remaining meat; pour off all fat by 2 tablespoons; add onion, and garlic; cook and stir until tender. Add meat and remaining ingredients except flour, corn meal and warm water.

Mix well; bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered, 2 hours.

Stir together flour and cornmeal; add warm water. Mix well stir into chili mixture.

Cook 20 minutes longer, covered.
