2 lbs ground beef
1 lb Italian sausage
1 (46 oz) can tomato juice
1 1/2 (29 oz) cans tomato sauce
2 (15 oz) cans kidney beans
1 (15 oz) can pinto beans
1 1/2 choped onions
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 - 2 teaspoons cumin
1/4 cup chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Place ground beef in large, deep skillet. Cook until browned; drain and crumble. Do the same for the Italian sausage.

In large kettle, over high heat, combine beef, sausage, tomato juice, tomato sauce, kidney beans, pinto beans, onions, cayenne pepper, sugar, oregano, pepper, salt, cumin and chili powder.

Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
