2 lbs Ground Beef
1 Medium onion (chopped)
1 C. Breadcrumbs
1/2 C. Fresh Parsley (minced)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 eggs (beaten)

1 1/2 C. BBQ sauce
6 oz. can Tomato Paste
1/3 C. Ketchup
1/3 C. Brown Sugar
1/4 C. Water

In bowl combine all meatball ingredients and mix well with hands. Form into walnut size balls. Bake meatballs in a shallow baking dish at 350 F for 20 minutes or until browned.

Mix all sauce ingredients together and set aside.

Transfer meatballs to Crockpot and pour sauce over meatballs. Cook on low 4 hours or high for 2 hours stirring once in the middle to baste the meatballs with the sauce. Remove meatballs from sauce to serve.
