1 Cup Oil
2 Cups Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Cup Boiling Coffee
2 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Cloves
1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Ginger
4-5 Cups of Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat all ingredients, except the flour, together. Gradually stir in flour, leave at a loose consistency.

Refrigerate at least one hour or until cool.

Preheat oven to 350º

Pour some mixture onto well floured surface, roll and then cut with cookie cutter.

Bake 8-10 minutes
