1 1/2 cups pumpkin
3/4 cup sugar (can reduce slightly)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 to 1 teaspoon ginger
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 to 1 teaspoon cloves
1 to 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
3 beaten eggs
1 6-ounce can evaporated milk
1 cup regular milk
1 9 inch unbaked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pumpkin, sugar, salt, and spices in a medium mixing bowl. Add eggs; mix well. Add evaporated milk and milk; mix well. Pour into 9 inch pastry-lined pie pan. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350° and bake about 35 minutes longer, or until center is set. Test by inserting a knife into center. When removed, it should be clean.
