1 frozen deep dish pie crust
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 small jar Old El Passo Jalopania Relish - drained
2 eggs - beaten

Directions:
Directions:
In pie crust layer half of both cheeses. Spread relish on top of cheese layer. Add remaining half of both cheeses over relish. Pour beaten eggs over all. Bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Let cool a few minutes before slicing.
