1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix
1/3 cup milk
1 egg
1 can cream corn
3/4 lb. smoked sausage sliced in 1/4" slices and sauted just enough to render its oil
1 pint sour cream
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 medium size onion - minced
1 stick butter

Directions:

Grease a 9" X 13" pan. Mix first 5 ingredients together until blended and pour into pan. In separate saucepan saute onions in butter and then add the sour cream. Spread this mixture over the mixture in the pan. Sprinkle top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
