3 pounds lean ground beef
2 carrots (grated fine--use hand grater)
3 slices bread broken and soaked in 2 beaten eggs; add 1/2 cup milk (beat this mixture well)
salt and pepper
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and shape in small balls. Fry in cooking oil or broil in oven until cooked through. When ready to serve, heat one can of cream of mushroom soup. Pour over meatballs and keep warm in crockpot or server with Sterno flame. Serve with picks.
