1 8oz. Box Elbow Macaroni Shells
1 8 oz. block of cheddar cheese
1 12 oz can evaporated milk
1 12 oz bag shredded cheese
1 8 oz glass whole milk
2 eggs
1 stick margine

Directions:
Directions:
Pour drained/cooked macaroni (boiled according to pkg. directions) into large casserole dish. Lightly stir in shredded cheese. Whip egg in whole milk and pour over mixture. Add evaporated milk. Stir with fork. Slice enough cheese from block cheddar cheese to place several slices over top of mixture and set aside. Cut up remainder of block cheddar cheese into small pieces and stir into mixture. Arrange saved slices of cheddar cheese on top of mixture and place in preheated oven for 30 min. at 350º or until mixture sets (is not runny)
