6 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1/4 lb. processed American cheese, cubed
Directions:
Directions:
Place eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a medium sized bowl and beat until frothy. Stir in cheese cubes. Pour into a greased 1 qt. casserole. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and puffy. Serve immediately.
