2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup crushed pineapple
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup confectioners sugar
2 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter; add sugar and mix well. Add beaten eggs. Arrange half of finely crushed vanilla wafers in loaf pan, approximately 8X12 inches. Pour butter mixture over all and chill. Whip cream. Add well drained pineapple and chopped pecans. Carefully spread whipped cream mixture over chilled butter base. Sprinkle remaining wafer crumbs over all. Let stand at least 12 hours in refrigerator. Makes 8 large servings.
