Mix one large bag of O'Brien frozen hash browns with 1 can of cream of potato soup, 1 can of celery soup and 12 oz. container of sour cream. Sprinkle with white pepper and place in buttered 9x13 pan. Top with parsley flakes and bake at 300 for 1 1/2 hours.
