CRUST:
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. butter
2 T sugar

FILLING:
2 # cream cheese (reg. or light)
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 T cornstarch
1 c. sour cream (reg., light, or fat free)

CRUST:
Mix together. Reserve 1/4 cup for garnish. Press remainder into bottom and sides of 9" springform pan.
FILLING:
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smoothe and light. Add eggs, vanilla and cornstarch. Beat well and stir in sour cream.
Pour into crust. Bake 10 minuets at450. Reduce heat to 200. Bake 45 minuets. Turn oven off. Open door slightly and cool in oven 3 hours.
Refrigerate.
Garnish with reserved graham cracker crumbs.
