1 Ring Beef Kielbasa, sliced
3/4 c. Chopped White Onion
2 cans Black Beans
Chopped Cilantro, Cumin Powder, Garlic Salt and Pepper to taste.
Cooked Rice

Directions:
Lightly fry Kielbasa. Saute onion in oil until tender. Add meat to onions along with seasonings. Add undrained black beans. Cook until most of liquid is absorbed. Serve over Rice
