1 (10oz) frozen chopped spinach,thawed
4 tbs. butter divided
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
4oz Gruyere cheese,grated
1(17 1/2oz) frozen puff pasrty sheets,thawed

350º preheat
Drain spinach well.Melt 2 tbs butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook 5 min. Stir together spinach,mush,cheese; set aside. Roll pastryy sheet,13 by 11 in. rectangle.Melt 2 tbs butter. Brush 1/2 butter over pastry. Spread 1/2 spinach mix over butter pastry. Roll-up,jellyroll fashion,starting with the long side.Repeat procedure. Wrp rolls in plastic and refrig up to 2 days. Cut rolls into 1/4 in. thick pieces.Place on lightly greased baking sheet.Bake 15-20 min.until golden brown
