2 salmon steaks - 8 oz. each
1 Tlbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/4 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
1 Tlbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 fresh nectarine, cut into julienne strips
1/2 cup sour cream
1 green onion, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. each dill weed and garlic powder
salt to taste

Lightly brown salmon in butter over medium heat in skillet, about two minutes on each side. Add wine, pepper and lemon juice to pan; simmer uncovered six minutes. Transfer salmon steaks to platter and keep warm. Add nectarine, sour cream, onion, dill weed and garlic powder to pan. Heat, stirring, but do not boil. Add salt, if desired, and spoon over salmon steaks. Sprinkle with additional dill weed, if desired.
