1 Package fresh cleaned spinach
1 package already made bread dough or make your own
1/2 1b of sicilian green and or black olives (pitted and diced)
! medium Onion (sliced or chopped)
1 tsp salt
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
In olive oil sautee onions and olives
roll out dough to desired size
In larg bowl mix drained spinach with onion and olive mixture
Pour spinach,onion,olive mixture over 1/2 of bread dough
Fold over the other 1/2 of dough to cover mixture
press down around all side with tip of fork and bake at 325 for approx 25-30 minutes or until dough is cooked and spinach is tender
cool, cut and serve
