Equal parts BY WEIGHT of heavy cream and chocolate
1-2 T unsalted butter
Favorite liqueur, as desired
Directions:
Directions:
Chop the chocolate into small bits. Heat the cream to a boil. Add the butter to the cream. Add the cream and butter mixture to the chocolate, stirring until well melted and blended. Serve over very low heat with fruit or pound cake.
