2 oz dry white wine
1 t lemon juice
1/2 clove minced garlic
8 oz Swiss cheese
1 T flour
nutmeg, salt, pepper
1 oz heavy cream
1/2 oz Kirschwasser

Directions:
Directions:
Flour the cheese and season with a touch of salt and pepper. Add the garlic, lemon juice and white wine to a small saucepan over low heat. Warm to a very low simmer and whisk in the cheese slowly. Do not add additional cheese until all of the cheese has blended. Add the heavy cream and whisk into the cheese until well blended. Finish with the Kirschwasser and nutmeg. Add to the fondue pot over low flame.
