1 lb lard (not shortening)
5 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
In measuring cup combine one egg (beaten),
1 tbsp vinegar and cold water to measure 1cp.

Directions:
In large mixing bowl combine the lard and dry ingredients with a pie dough cutter, knives, or even your hands. Mixture should be a crumbly texture.
Slowly add water mixture mixing first with a fork and then kneading to form a large ball. Keep refrigerated when not using dough. Can be frozen for later use as well. Wrap in wax paper first.
