4 medium ripe bananas
1/2 c butter
4 c flour, sifted
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 c sugar
4 eggs
1 c buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt---three times, set aside. Cream butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time. Add bananas(mashed with fork) to the buttermilk and mix alternately to the flour mixture. When well blended pour into greased bread pan. Bake 1 hour and 10 min at 350º
