1 1/4 lb. ground turkey
1/3 c. plain bread crumbs
1 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. plus 1/4 c. barbecue sauce
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 egg white
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 º. Lightly coat a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. In large bowl, combine turkey, bread crumbs, onions, 1/3 c. barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, egg whites, salt and pepper. Mix well until thoroughly combined. Spread remaining 1/4 c. of barbecue sauce evenly over the top of loaf. Bake for 1 hour and let stand 5 minutes before draining fat and slicing.
