1 1/2 cups of flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
3/4 cup of sugar
1/3 cup of butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups of mashed banana's (3 or 4)
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients, combine wet ingredients, Pour the wet into the dry. Add chocolate chips,mix well. Spoon into large greased muffin pan or with muffin liners.
Bake at 350º for 15 to 20 minutes
Makes 12 muffins
