4 eggs
1 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. cream or milk
4 c. powdered sugar

Mix first four ingredients. Sift together and add next seven ingredients. Mix well and pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 in. pan. Bake at 350 for 25 - 30 min.
Frosting: Beat cheese, butter, vanilla, and cream together until soft. Add powdered sugar until good consistency to spread. Makes 36 bars.
