Giblets
1 med Onion, diced
1 sm Stock of Celery, diced
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 C Raisins
2 Apples, cored
3 packets Stove Top Stuffing Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Put giblets, 1/2 of the onion, celery, salt and pepper in a pan. Cover with water and cook until giblets are tender. Put in the fridge over night. The next day, make the Stove Top Stuffing according to the directions. Remove the giblets for the stock keeping the stock for future use. Grind giblets, raisins, apples and the rest of the onion. Add mixture (about 4 cups) and stock to the stuffing and stir. Put stuffing in a casserole dish, cover and bake at 350º for 50 minutes. Remove the cover and bake for another 10 minutes.
