1/2 c or I small tub yoghurt (120 g)
1/4 c. or 2 scoops frozen yogurt or ice cream
1/2 c. milk
1 small banana
2 - 3 T. frozen or fresh blueberries
1/2 c. frozen for fresh strawberries

Add to blender and blend until smooth. Note if you do not have any frozen berries substitute 1- 2 T. of jam. Makes 2- 3 servings.
Kids love making smoothies and they make a nutritious quick breakfast if you can handle the roar of the blender in the morning!!
