12 ounces cottage cheese
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
3 eggs (or 3/4 cup egg beaters)
2 T flour
10 ounce package frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed)
small package dried beef
1 9" pastry shell, unbaked

Directions:

Mix ingredients and put in the pastry shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 40 to 60 minutes.
