1 tbsp oil
1 small onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 15 oz can of herbed tomato sauce
1 package of frozen, cooked, shelled and deveined shrimp
2 - 4 cups of cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare rice according to package directions. Heat oil in a skillet. Saute the onion, garlic, and green pepper. Add the tomato sauce and simmer 2 minutes. Stir in the frozen shrimp and heat until just heated through and warm, perhaps 2 - 3 minutes. Serve over warm rice. Add a lettuce salad for a complete meal.
