2-3 lbs. hamburger
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 can corn & juice
1 can kidney beans & juice
1 can green beans & juice
14 oz.-1 quart tomato juice
1 C. carrots, chunked
1 C. potatoes, chunked
1 1/2 C. zucchini
3 C. water if necessary
1 bay leaf
1 1/2 tsp. season all
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. accent

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with onion and green peppers. Combine all ingredients. Simmer until veggies are done. You may add mushrooms sliced. Cook on low in crock pot all day.
