6 c old fashioned oats;
1/2 c packed brown sugar or honey may be used;
1/2 c coconut; 1 c chopped walnuts or almonds;
3/4 c wheat germ; 1/3 c sesame seeds; 1/2 c canola oil; 1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oats on UNgreased 9 x 13" pan in 350º oven
for 10 minutes. Combine oats, sugar, wheat germ, seeds, coconut and nuts. Add oil, honey and vanilla which have been blended together, Pour slowly while stirring and mix until dry ingredients are well coated. Divide mixture into 2 equal parts. Bake 1/2 in the pan at 350 º for 20-25 mins; stir often to brown evenly. Stir until crumbly. Repeat for other half.
