avocado
tomato
green onion
cilantro (optional)
olives (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Spread a thin layer of refried beans in a 9x13 pan.
Add a thin layer of sour cream, add a layer of shredded cheese, either Colby-Jack or the Mexican cheese mix. Chop tomatoes and avocados (2 of each); layer those next, then add chopped green onions and cilantro, some people like to add olives too.
