1 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 small box Jiffy corn muffin mix
2 tbsp. milk
1 c. cream style corn
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in melted butter until tender but not brown. Remove from stove. Combine corn muffin mix, egg, milk and corn to make a soft batter. Place in a greased 9" square pan. Top with onions then drop sour cream over the top and whirl lightly. Sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake for 30 minutes in a 325º oven.
