1 1/2 lbs. white or dark almond bark
2 C. chow mein noodles
2 C. salted peanuts (or cashews, pecans, walnuts)

Melt chocolate in a double boiler, ADD: chow mein noodles, salted peanuts. Mix well. Spoon candy mixture on to a sheet of wax paper. Let stand for about 2 hours.
