3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. white sugar
1 stick butter, melted
1 t. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. brown sugar
1//3 c. melted butter
1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sweet potatoes, white sugar, 1 stick of butter
1 t. vanilla and eggs well. Put into buttered casserole dish. Mix 1 c. brown sugar, 1/3 c. melted butter, 1/2 c. flour and 1 c. chopped pecans
until crumbly. Cover the sweet potato mixture with this. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 min.
