1 3-ounce packages orange jello
1 13-ounce can crushed pineapple, juice and all
1 6-ounce can frozen orange juice, concentrate
2 6-ounce cans mandarin oranges, drained

Topping: one 3 3/4 ounce package instant lemon pudding, 1 cup cold milk

Dilute jello with 2 1/2 cups boiling water. Stir till dissolved, add frozen orange concentrate. Stir till dissolved again. Add pineapple in juice and mandarin oranges which were drained. Stir well. Refrigerate till firm.

Beat pudding and milk with electric beater 1-2 min. on high. let stand till firm.
In separate bowl, beat heavy cream till peaks form. Slowly add pudding to whipped cream. Spread on set jello and serve.
