1 - 7 1/2 oz jar marshmallow creme
1 lb box confectioner's sugar - sifted
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 lb. caramels*
10 C. coarsely chopped pecans

*For soft and gooey caramels buy a brand that lists sweetened condensed milk as the first ingredient.
For firm and chewy caramels buy a brand that lists corn syrup or glucose syrup first.

Mix first four ingredients & shape into rolls about 6" long and 1 1/2" diameter. Freeze overnight. Melt caramels either in slow oven or over hot water. Using tongs, dip rolls into melted caramels & roll in pecans. (If melted caramel is too thick, thin with a little milk.)

NOTE: May want to double or triple this recipe!
