1 1/2 cups apple cider
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup corn syrup
2 oz. butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Grated rind 1 lemon
2 apples, peeled and cored

Directions:
Directions:
In small saucepan, combine cider, brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, juice, cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon rind. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 15 minutes. Add apples, heat several more minutes. Serve over pancakes.
