1 package of cut-up beef stew meat
1 package of frozen beef stew vegetable (usually contains small potatoes, onions, and carrots)
1 can of beef broth (or 1 cup of beef bouillon)
seasonings (salt, pepper, bay leaf)

Combine all the ingredients in the crockpot. Set crockpot timer on low; cook all day (minimum of 5 hours).

This is another busy working mom recipe. This crockpot beef stew is a super fast version of more traditional beef stew recipes, but it tastes better than canned beef stew. Also, your kitchen will smell delicious when you get home after a long winter's day at work. You can add a lettuce salad and rolls (or bread) to have a complete meal.
