1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. water
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. chopped walnuts or other nuts you prefer.

1/4 c. sugar
2 T. cinnamon

Optional topping: 1 c. powdered sugar, 2 T. milk and vanilla to taste.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bundt pan.

Mix 1/4 cup sugar and 2 T. cinnamon. Set aside.

Put 1/4 c. chopped nuts in bottom of bundt pan. Mix cake mix & pudding mix together. Add and mix the following ingredients one at a time. Oil, then water, then eggs. Beat well. Add Vanilla and beat for 6 to 8 minutes.

Pour a layer of batter in bundt pan. Sprinkle layer of sugar/cinnamon. Continue in layers ending with batter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Let cool and turn out on plate. Drizzle with topping - optional.
